With Approval on, a voucher is saved as pending until an authorised user approves it. Until then it can be edited; once approved it is locked.

Approval on hone par, ek voucher pending ke roop mein save hota hai jab tak koi authorised user use approve na kare. Tab tak ise edit kiya ja sakta hai; approve hone ke baad ye lock ho jaata hai.
