The whole ribbon menu — its tabs, the groups inside them, and the buttons — is stored as data, so it can be personalized: rename a button, hide one a customer never uses, change the order, or add a new one. This lives on a hidden Personalize tab meant for support/admins, not everyday users.

In detail
The menu has three levels: Tabs (the top row — List, Vouchers, Accounting…), Groups (the boxes inside a tab), and Buttons (what you click). Each level is edited on its own screen: MenuTab, MenuGroup and MenuButton.
Reveal the hidden Personalize tab with Ctrl+Alt+P — its Menus group holds MenuTab, MenuGroup and MenuButton (alongside advanced admin tools). Because a wrong change here affects everyone, treat it as support-only.
Step by step
Press Ctrl+Alt+P to show the Personalize tab.
Open MenuButton (or MenuGroup / MenuTab) for the item you want to change.
To rename: change the Alias (that's the text shown on the ribbon).
To hide / show: set Visibility — hidden items simply don't appear.
To reorder: change the Display Index — lower numbers come first.
Save, then ask the user to re-login — the menu is built fresh at login.

Alias
The label shown on the ribbon — change this to rename a tab/group/button.
Name
The internal id (e.g. btnLedger) — leave it alone.
Visibility
Whether the item shows on the ribbon. Hide the ones a customer never uses.
Display Index
Sort order within its parent — lower appears first.
KeyTip / ToolTip
The Alt-key hint letter, and the hover tooltip.
Image / Size
The button's icon and whether it's Large or Small.
MenuTab / MenuGroup (parent)
Which tab a group sits in, and which group a button sits in.
Page Name / Nature / Table & Clauses
(Buttons only) which screen opens and what data it loads — advanced; don't change unless you know the screen.
Example
‘We never use Job Work — hide it.’ Ctrl+Alt+P → MenuButton → open the Job Work button → set Visibility off → Save → ask them to re-login. It's gone from their ribbon; everyone else is unaffected only if it's their company's menu.
Watch out
This is an admin/support area — a wrong change (especially to a button's Page Name or clauses) can break how a screen opens. Change only Alias, Visibility and Display Index unless you're sure.

Changes take effect after re-login, because the menu is loaded at login.
